Information we collect

We collect account and contact information, venue profile details, subscription and billing references, support communications, and the operational information users choose to enter, including customer, event, employee, contract, invoice, and document records.

We also collect limited technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as device and browser information, security logs, and a privacy-protected network fingerprint used to prevent repeated trial abuse. VenueSteward does not store complete payment-card numbers.

How information is used

Information is used to provide separate venue workspaces, authenticate users, operate requested features, process and reconcile subscriptions, deliver emails, provide support, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain backups, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be shared with providers that perform hosting, data storage, email delivery, payment processing, security, and other necessary services. Helcim processes subscription and client payment information under its own terms and privacy practices.

VenueSteward does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, during a business transfer, or with the account holder’s direction or consent.

Venue subscribers and client information

A subscribing venue controls the customer, employee, event, contract, and similar information entered in its workspace. Questions or requests about those records should ordinarily be directed to that venue. VenueSteward processes the information to provide the service to the subscriber.

Retention and security

Records are retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for restoration, legal, security, and accounting purposes. Retention periods may vary by record type. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Account administrators may review and update venue information, export available records, request correction, cancel a subscription, or ask about deletion. Certain information may be retained when required for billing, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or legitimate business records.

Children and policy changes

VenueSteward is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this Policy as the service changes. Material updates will be identified by a revised effective date and, when appropriate, an account notice.
